Privacy notice

This notice explains how I handle the information you give me when you get in touch through this website, by email or by phone. I am responsible for that information as the data controller. You can contact me about it at hannah@bristol-psychotherapy.co.uk.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, how you would like me to contact you, and your message. If you email, text or call, I receive whatever you choose to send or tell me.

Please don't include personal or health details in your first message. If you do, I will only use them to reply to you.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange an initial session. I never share them for marketing or use them for anything else.

Who else handles it

  • Formspree passes contact form messages on to me by email and is set up not to store them. It processes data in the United States and may keep technical logs in line with its privacy policy.
  • Netlify hosts this website. It is based in the United States.
  • 123-reg provides my email.

These companies process the information on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long I keep it

Contact form messages are not stored by the form service. If we don't go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within 6 months.
